Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information, approvals, and necessary resources to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Delays in communication or payment may result in project hold or termination. All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule; overdue payments may attract late fees or discontinuation of services.

All designs, code, and content created by Digital Web Solution remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full settlement, the rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality with respect to sensitive business information and project details. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
